outside lower rockers, it is hard to find such a good Mustang 2+2 today, when this car was found and delivered to Atlanta, great effort was made to bring it up to even higher standards for a top driven show car, the floors were detailed with red oxide, this has the really correct 289cid engine that works great, good compression from 150psi to 155psi across, full tune and fluids as set for Spring 2008, it is noted that the block is dated 6B25F, very good compression, the intake is a correct C6, fresh MCA show expensive spark plug wires, new spark plugs, all the hoses and belts are new for showing, the radiator is flushed, the white striped black heater hoses are correct, since this is the powerful 'A Code' 225 horsepower engine, the car was born with drum brakes and now uprated to the new discs, even though the original brakes were in excellent condition, a decision was made to put front discs brakes, the units used are the brand new Stainless Steel system with the dual lines for the new brakes in the front, the rear drums are checked and excellent, the full brake lines are checked for safety to make sure this whole system is excellent, a Shelby 1" sway bar is just installed with fresh bushings to make sure the car will handle well (SEE LINK), these additions will not hurt show ratings and will certainly improve the driving ability of the car, most people really desire the front disc brakes for an 'A Code' car, upper ball joints are just installed, heavy duty Monroe shocks, very nice control arms and bushings recently done, after all this recent suspension work, full alignment is just done with specs, all of this work is make sure this Mustang will drive outstandingly, the rear end with tab on it is fully detailed with red oxide and factory markings, tab shows a 3.00 WCZ-F, 6CA931, the 3-speed C-4 automatic transmission is date C6DP7A040A, the outer rockers have the original Ford stampings, Z65R can be seen, the inner front fenders also have the Ford numbers as do the fenders, has the show windshield washer system, beautiful new chrome 1965 styled wheels, this car really looks good when you see it in person, it has all the 'eyes in the world', really nice deluxe black Pony bucket seated interior fully done, door panels with the Deluxe wood trim, full console with wood trim, factory simulated 'wood' steering wheel, one crack in the valuable steering wheel shows how exceptionally well this has been kept through the years, new dash bezel, this even has 4 FOMOCO safety belts, history shows this was kept in California in a controlled environment for some 16 years until the recent work was done, factory AM radio, fold down rear seat, the chrome trim pieces for the fold down seat are in exceptional condition, just polished, great care was done in Fall 2007 with correct MCA chrome trim pieces around the car, new weather striping, cowl seal and brackets, taillight lenses, bezels and Mustang logos, really MCA street driven show quality, paint is very good with terrific gloss with only very minor imperfects after the final professional buffing that has great luster, no rust seen anywhere, great luster with the recent full buffing, looks great with the 1965 styled steel wheels that are all chrome as opposed to the normal '66 with trim rings, has new Goodyear Eagle ST 205/70/14 tires, full alignment,
