1963 Corvette Roadster matching numbers show car, full frame off restoration of a very, very correct Riverside Red convertible, the first year of the independent interior that makes this car drive so much better that the solid axle, it is seldom that one sees such a car as this, it is most important that one reads the NUMBER SHEET (SEE LINK) that is part of this report, this VIN#30867S116455 shows this to be an early June 1963 car, the RD 327/300 engine is dated May 23d, all the other numbers match up, correct Carter 4v carberator, highly detailed engine, full correct chrome heat shields, it is exceptional to find the gorgeous body work of a 'no hit car', simply great paint and body, the suspension on the Corvette is fully done the underchassis shows the frame off work that is shown with mirrors, this is a NCRS quality car although it has not been judged at present, history includes going from California to Las Vegas where is was found at a show, then it went to a serious Chevrolet and Corvette new car dealer and collector, a good friend of this writer, we brought this car to Atlanta since the convertible was perfect initially for the Fall 2006 season and placed in a collection, now for Summer 2008, this 1963 Corvette Roadster for sale is really terrific, the black interior is fully done, seats re-padded beautifully, all the door panels and carpet are new, new black top, the dash is fully restored, all the gauges are as new, they all work, correct 5500 rpm tachometer, temperature and fuel gauge, the factory AM-FM radio works, the dash pad is excellent, all the glass is same excellent condition, the windshield is replaced and the side glass is safety plate, note the hubcaps are original to the car as it is mounted on show BFG Silvertown 6.70x15 bias ply whitewall tires, brakes just checked, the shifter is a factory chrome shifter with proper lock out, the dual exhaust is aluminized to go the highly detailed chassis that is shown with mirrors, here is a top driven and correct show car, again, it is important to see the attached number sheet, $64,950
