steering box, the drop over stock on the truck is about 3-4", the bars are painted the red that matches the contrast work around the truck, the rear end is also the 4 bar unit, has a 9" Ford rear brackets, dual tail lamps with period Blue Dots, dual headlamps with internally added turn signals, black and red vinyl bench seated interior, the seat is worked and lowered to allow additional space that makes this better to drive as these cabs were small, the height of the cab is stock, the windshield surround is chrome, a '40 fuel tank is used, beautiful '40 Ford Coupe steering column, red steel dash has speedometer with digital odometer, fuel, oil voltage and temp gauges, driver side electric windshield wiper, beveled glass rear view mirror, red carpet kit with red floor mats, period sunshade with the windshield held in place by new stainless, has the correct push out a vent for cab cooling, this Hemi engine is truly rare, set up with excellent compression that is just checked with a dry cold reading, the initial builder built the engine, it is estimated that the rare engine and transmission set up is worth about +/- $20,000 assuming this rare block and heads with 2x4 set up can even be found, then the final work was completed in Atlanta by Fraser Dante, a top street rod builder known to this writer confirms after doing some work on this truck, once one finds these hard to get pieces in the build, he estimates to duplicate this wonderful Hot Rot truck would be at least $75,000, the engine tune and check for Fall 2009, note this has enormous power with serious torque, takes a real driver to handle this true period 'Hot Rod", $46,950
